On December 22, the opening ceremony of the China Culture Data Industry (CCDI) Data Center and the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement between Guizhou Radio, Film & TV Media Group and GCBD were held successfully in the conference room of China Unicom (Guizhou). CCDI officially settled in GCBD.

The opening ceremony was hosted by Ma Wenyi, CEO of GCBD.

At the meeting, Guizhou Radio, Film & TV Media Group and GCBD signed a strategic cooperation agreement, which marked that GCBD officially joined the construction of national cultural big data industry. The two parties will jointly build the large-scale data center of CCDI, providing a platform for national cultural industries and promoting the highly integration of governmental affairs data and industrial data. The development of big data industry in Guizhou conforms to the national strategy and it aims to create a landmark project of "big data + cultural + industry”.
The CCDI project is composed of two industrial projects, "Copyright Cloud" and "Guangdian Cloud", with a total investment of 20 billion yuan. The project mainly aims to build a national-level big data center for cultural industries and bring together national cultural data. Cloud-Cloud is the first cloud computing platform to achieve "overall storage, sharing, unified standards and overall security" in provincial government. Compared with the building a new platform, CCDI can save 40% of the construction, operation and maintenance costs by cooperating with Guizhou-Cloud. At the same time, based on its own experience and innovative cooperation patterns, CGBD will also provide tailor-made services, integrating Guizhou's advantages of policy, environment and resources of the ecosystem. CGBD will continue to focus on cutting-edge technologies and achieve the data center construction, operation and maintenance, services and other areas of experience, through "building platform, gathering resources, aggregating data and promoting the application”, fully respond to CCDI project construction.

At the meeting, Kang Keyin, deputy director of Guizhou Provincial Big Data Development Administration , delivered a speech. He said that the CCDI project has been officially listed in the "Outline of the National Cultural Development Reform Plan for the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan Period" and is a joint project of State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television and Guizhou Province and a major cultural industry project of "Internet +". It is also a key demonstration project for the development of Guizhou's big data industry. Kang Keyan stressed that it is necessary to take the stage of big data era and commit the mission of promoting the in-depth integration and development of big data industry and traditional industries. We should make full use of the existing advantages and resources in Guizhou's development of big data industry to speed up the construction of the CCDI project. He expressed the hope that GCBD and Guizhou Radio, Film & TV Media Group will have a comprehensive cooperation.

The three parties said they will make full use of their respective resources and advantages to construct the CCDI Data Center, which will promote the integration and development of traditional media and new media and bring together the national cultural data to form the largest data mine of China.
After the meeting, the leaders visited Guizhou-Cloud and spoke highly of its capabilities of operational support and service. GCBD and China Unicom (Guizhou) said they will speed up the overall development and construction of the project and guarantee the implementation of the CCDI project, ensuring the project can be completed as soon as possible.
